How fast does it ship?+
Orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Most calendars arrive within 6-12 days depending on your location — you'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Do you ship outside your home country?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $60, and rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Will it arrive before December 1st?+
At current order volumes, yes — but stock is capped at this price and has sold out mid-season in past years. We recommend ordering by November 15th to guarantee door-one timing.
How do I track my order?+
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your calendar leaves the warehouse. No account needed — just follow the link.

Is this an official Red Bull product?+
No — CanAdvent is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or licensed by Red Bull GmbH. Our calendar features Red Bull-style keychain designs; it's a themed collectible calendar, not official branded merchandise or an energy drink pack.
What's actually inside the box?+
24 numbered doors, each holding one collectible keychain — a mix of mini can-shaped charms, enamel logo tags, and silicone wristband keychains. Every calendar ships with a different mix pulled from the same design set shown on this site.
What are the keychains made of?+
A mix of zinc-alloy enamel charms, painted metal tags, and soft silicone bands, all on standard split keyrings — sized to actually carry keys, not just sit on a shelf.
Can I choose which keychains I get?+
Not yet — each calendar ships as a curated 24-piece set so every door is a surprise. We're exploring a build-your-own option for a future drop.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Returns & Support
What if a keychain is damaged or missing?+
We replace it, no questions asked. Just email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
What's your return policy?+
Unopened calendars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened calendars are covered under our damage/missing-item guarantee above rather than general returns.
